BEING THE BEST! THE BOTTOM LINE?

INVESTING IN YOUR LEADERS = INVESTING IN YOUR SUCCESS.

WHO: Executives, managers, supervisors or anybody who wants to polish their leadership skills are prime candidates for a LEAD FOR EXCELLENCE Institute.

WHAT: The LEAD FOR EXCELLENCE Institute is a leadership workshop that can span anywhere from 1-5 days. You choose the length based on your needs and requirements.

HOW: All LEAD FOR EXCELLENCE Institutes get participants very involved, keep stimulation high, and offer very practical, immediately applicable information. The Institutes are designed based on leading-edge adult learning findings. Very little lecture. Lots of activity and discussion. Low doses of theory. Plenty of real-world focus.

In addition, all LEAD FOR EXCELLENCE Institutes incorporate 360 degree feedback. Your leaders will not suffer from “guessing” at their strengths and potential improvements. They’ll have a much broader view of what those strengths and improvements are.

Finally, all LEAD FOR EXCELLENCE Institutes include at least one follow-up individual coaching session per participant which ensures that questions get answered and workshop commitments happen. Additional coaching sessions per participant are available as negotiated.
